Cancellation and Fee Refund Policy

(For Online Programs - for Jan 2024 Batch only)

The fees are to be paid through Online Mode only.
Admission cancellation requests should be made to cdoe.support@bharatividyapeeth.edu only.
In case of cancellation of admission, the fee will be refunded as per the table given below.

Category	Percentage of Refund of Tuition Fees paid by the student	Point of time when notice of withdrawal of admission is received
	100%	15 days or more before the formally notified last date of admission
	90%	Less than 15 days before the formally notified last date of admission
	80%	15 days or less after the formally notified last date of admission
	50%	30 days or less, but more than 15 days after the formally notified last date of admission
	0%	More than 30 days after the formally notified last date of admission

Admission Fee Payment And Refund Policy For 2023-2024

(Applicable for July-2023 Batch Only)

As per the guidelines received from UGC.

The fees are to be paid through Online Mode only
Those who have taken admission in the year 2023-24 and subsequently cancelling, their admission on or before 30th September 2023 will be refunded the entire tuition fee.
(Excluding of Rs. 2000/- non-refundable application & registration fees.)
Those who are cancelling their admission from 1st October 2023 to 31st October 2023 a sum of Rs. 1,000/- will be deducted as processing fee from the tuition fees and the balance amount will be refunded.
(Excluding of Rs. 2000/- non-refundable application & registration fees.)
No cancellation will be permitted after 31st October 2023 and no refund will be allowed in any case.

Attention International Students !

A learner shall be eligible for scholarship in respect of only one undergraduate or postgraduate diploma or degree programme under the e-VBAB Network Project, irrespective of the number of enrolments under various programmes offered by different Indian Universities.
