Cancellation and Fee Refund Policy

(For Online Programs - for July 2024 Batch only)

♦ Circular for fee Refund 2024-25

  • The fees are to be paid through Online Mode only.
  • Admission cancellation requests should be made to cdoe.support@bharatividyapeeth.edu only.  
  • If admission is taken in the Academic Year 2024-25 (July 24 batch) and subsequently cancelled on or before 30th September 2024, entire tuition fee will be refunded.
  • Those who are cancelling admission from 1st October to 31st October 2024, a sum of Rs.1000/- will be deducted as processing fee and the balance amount will be refunded.
  • No Cancellations will be permitted after 31st October 2024.
  • For any admission schedule extending/commencing beyond/after 31st October 2024, following provisions shall apply:

*Excluding of Rs. 2000/- non-refundable application & registration fees.

*Note: Processing charges – Not more than 5% of the fees paid by the student, subject to maximum of Rs.5000 shall be deducted from the refundable amount as per UGC Policy notified in October 2018 for refund of fees.
