Admission Cancellation and Fee Refund Policy
(FOR ONLINE PROGRAMS - FOR Jan 2026 BATCH ONLY)
In accordance with the Fee Refund Policy 2025-26 notified by the University Grants Commission the following policy will be adopted for refund of fees to the students on cancellation of their admission.
This is applicable to all the students who are taking admission in the Academic Year 2025-26.
- Admission cancellation requests should be made to cdoe.support@bharatividyapeeth.edu only.
- The Refund of fees shall be done as per the table given below

In accordance with the Fee Refund Policy 2025-26 notified by the University Grants Commission the following policy will be adopted for refund of fees to the students on cancellation of their admission. This is applicable to all the students who are taking admission in the Academic Year 2025-26.
- Those who have taken admission in the year 2025-26 and subsequently cancelling their admission on or before 30th Sept 2025, will be refunded the entire tuition fee.
- Those who are cancelling their admission from 1st October to 31st October 2025, a sum of Rs.1000/- will be deducted as processing fee and the balance amount of the tuition will be refunded.
- No cancellation will be permitted after 31st October 2025.
♦ Circular for fee Refund 2024-25
- The fees are to be paid through Online Mode only.
- Admission cancellation requests should be made to cdoe.support@bharatividyapeeth.edu only.
- The formally notified Last date of Admission for January 2025 batch is 31st March 2025.
- The Refund of fees shall be done as per the table given below

*Note: Processing charges - Not more than 5% of the fees paid by the student, subject to maximum of Rs.5000 shall be deducted from the refundable amount as per UGC Policy notified in October 2018 for refund of fees.
