The Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University) School of Online Education (SOE) has dedicated email IDs for student support related to queries, grievances and feedback. The email IDs are cdoe.support@bharatividyapeeth.edu . The students can send email to these email IDs their queries, grievances and feedback or any other issue for which they need support. The help desk at BVDU SOE will be continuously tracking these mails during office hours and the appropriate help/solution will be provided to students. For grievances for which help desk doesn’t have resolution, the same will be forwarded to the grievance committee for resolution. Students also can contact the office numbers during the office time. The Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University) School of Online Education (SOE) has dedicated website for online mode programmes. The URL for the same is https://bharatividyapeethonline.com/. The details of the program are available under the program menu. The programme details are like structure and fee details are available under “Overview tab” and the detailed syllabus is available under curriculum tab.

Live classes are conducted throughout the week. The timetable is available on the LMS and can be accessed in PDF format under the Notice Board → Live Lecture Schedule tab. Subject-wise live lecture links are provided within the respective course pages under the “Live Lecture” section.

The Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University) School of Online Education (SOE) uses an authorised Learning Management System (LMS) to deliver learning resources. Students are enrolled on the LMS for all courses of the current semester of their admitted programme. After enrolment, students can access Self-Learning Material (SLM), additional learning resources provided by faculty, and recordings of live classes through the LMS.

Important announcements are published in the Announcements section on the home page, while other academic-related notices and information are made available on the LMS under Notice Board → Announcements. In addition, the Institute shares important updates with students through email communications sent to their registered email addresses.

There are two types of examinations and both examinations having separate passing.

  1. Internal Assessment (IA)
  2. University Examination (UE)

Internal Assessment is an online examination conducted through the LMS. It is available to students for a specific duration. This exam has separate passing. IA is MCQ based and Case Study based questions.

For most subjects, the Internal Assessment is 30 marks per subject. Some subjects, such as Open Course subjects, have Internal Assessment of 100 marks only. For more information, student must go through the syllabus.

Internal Assessments are available on the LMS under the respective subjects in Quadrant IV – Assessment during the notified assessment submission time.

Yes. Internal Assessments are available only for the duration mentioned on the LMS. Students must complete and submit them within that period. The timeline is informed to the students through email communications.

Yes. Exam form submission is the mandatory step in every exam session. The exam form contains both the subjects applicable for the IA exam and UE including the regular and backlog subjects (in any). After submission of the examination form, the admit card will be generated.

The University Examination is a separate online examination conducted through a dedicated examination portal named Eklavvya. The university examination is 70 marks. This examination is combination of MCQ based and Descriptive type questions. The link and credentials for this examination portal are shared with the students on their registered email address only if student have submitted the examination form.

Students will receive separate link and login credentials for the Proctored Exam portal on their registered email ID after submitting the Examination Form.

Yes. An Admit Card will be issued to eligible students. Students must refer to the admit card for Examination date, Examination time and Subject details.

Yes. The University Examination is strictly date- and time-bound. Students can attempt the exam only within the scheduled time slot.

Only one attempt is allowed for the Internal Assessments and University Examination.

The University Examination consists of Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQs) and Descriptive type questions.

No. Once the examination time is over, the system will automatically close, and no further attempts will be allowed.

All-important updates related to Internal Assessment and University Examination will be shared through LMS, on Registered email Id and on Official website.

Candidates appearing for the University Examination may apply for Verification of marks and Revaluation for theory papers only.

Please note:

  • Revaluation or verification is not permitted for Project Reports, MCQ (Multiple Choice Questions), Viva-Voce, or Internal Assessments.
  • Students may apply for Revaluation for a maximum of three subjects.
  • Students may apply for Verification of marks for a maximum of five subjects, if applicable.

The application link and last date for revaluation/verification will be shared in the email sent along with the soft copy of the result.
